I like to say I am a type "A" personality with a fun-loving "B" side. I have more than 20 years of professional experience--some of which predates social media! But I believe that's what helps me to view marketing from a whole-business perspective. Social and digital are integral to successful marketing campaigns, but understanding their place relative to mission, vision, business objectives and functional roles within an organization helps complete the picture.
